As a supplement to our catalogue (when you are searching for a title not currently a part of our inventory)

SPECIAL ORDER AND SEARCH SERVICE
FREE OF CHARGE

available for all of those rare, hard-to-find, or out-of-print tiles you've fruitlessly been searching for.
If we don't already have it in among the thousands of unique titles we specialize in,
we know where to look elsewhere for it for you!

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS...

1. You give us as much info as you can - title, artist, year of release, distributor/label, country of origin, that sort of thing...

2. We search our inventory to see if we have it NOW.

3. If NOT, we'll look for a NEW copy with a number of our distributors (but if the title is out of print, chances of success are slim...)

4. THEN we enter your request into our system so that if the title(s) show up at our store USED we can promptly fill your order
(at a much lower price). Nearly all our used titles are in Very Good to Mint condition...

5. Lastly, we trade trade special order lists with about a half-dozen other storeshere and abroad (for both new and used titles).

For this, we'll need from you:
(a) A maximum amount you are willing to pay. Once a title is located with anotherretailer, we will add a percentage markup to our cost.
We'll try our hardest to get the lowest price we can for you - it makes us look better!
(b) Your assurance that you will purchase the piece - at or below the price agreed to in (a) - in the event we are able to find it.
(c) Your agreement to notify us in the event you locate it elsewhere while we're doing our search, and thereby cancel your order.
(d) Your understanding that these searches can take as long as 6 months!
